    Frequently Asked Questions

What comes in each OFFLIST mailing?

    Every destination includes 5 pieces:

    • A Letter from OFFLIST
    • An Illustrated Postcard
    • An Eat & Explore Guide
    • A Recipe Card
    • An Illustrated Collectible Destination Sticker

Each piece is created to tell a different part of the story, from what to eat and where to wander to the people, traditions and details that give a place its character.
    What are the membership options?

There are three ways to join OFFLIST:

    • Monthly - $24.95/month. Renews monthly until you cancel.
    • 6 Months - $139.98 prepaid $23.33/month.
    • 12 Months - $259.92 prepaid $21.66/month.

    Delivery is included.

Choose whatever feels right for you!
When will I receive my first OFFLIST mailing?

Order by the 20th of the month and your first destination will be the following month's edition.

If you join by October 20, your first mailing will be November. If you join after October 20, you'll start with December.

This gives us the time we need to prepare, pack and send each edition with care.
    Where does OFFLIST ship?

We're starting with Canada and the United States, and we'd love to bring OFFLIST to more places as we grow.

Prices are shown in Canadian dollars unless otherwise indicated at checkout.
How do renewals and cancellations work?

If you choose the Monthly membership, it renews each month until you decide to cancel.

To stop before the next month's edition, simply cancel by 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on the 20th of the month. After that point, we are already preparing your next mailing, so that edition can't be cancelled.

Our 6-month and 12-month memberships are paid upfront for the full period and don't renew monthly. Because your editions are planned and reserved in advance, unused months are generally non-refundable, except where required by law.

We want the process to feel clear and straightforward, with no surprises.
Can I give OFFLIST as a gift?

Absolutely. Monthly, 6-month and 12-month OFFLIST memberships can all be given as gifts.

A Monthly membership is a nice option if you'd like to choose how long the gift continues. It renews each month until you cancel.

The 6-month and 12-month options are prepaid, so your recipient can simply enjoy each destination as it arrives.

And because OFFLIST comes through the mail, there's something especially lovely about giving someone an experience that keeps showing up at their door.
Will I know the destination before it arrives?

Not always and that's part of the fun.

OFFLIST is built around discovery, and we want opening each mailing to feel a little like going somewhere without quite knowing what you'll find.

We'll share glimpses, stories and clues along the way, but we'll usually keep enough under wraps to leave a little room for surprise.
What is an OFFLIST Founding Member?

The first 100 people who purchase a 12-month OFFLIST membership will become permanent OFFLIST Founding Members.

It's a small way of recognizing the people who believed in OFFLIST right from the beginning.

Your Founding Member status stays with you even if you don't renew after your first year, and you'll receive first access to purchase the limited-edition Founding Member Passport when it launches.
Can I buy a past destination or an OFFLIST Passport?

OFFLIST destinations are created in limited print runs, so once an edition is gone, we don't plan to reprint it.

There may occasionally be a few extras available, but part of what makes OFFLIST special is that each destination belongs to its moment in the collection.

The OFFLIST Passport will be available separately as a place to keep your collectible destination stickers as your collection grows.

Founding Members will have first access to a limited-edition Founding Member Passport, and a standard OFFLIST Passport will also be available separately for other members.
