Cancellation policy

Effective Date: October 3, 2026

MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP

The OFFLIST Monthly Membership automatically renews each month.
Your payment method will be charged on the 21st of each month for the next membership period unless you cancel.
To avoid the next charge, you must cancel by 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on the 20th of the month.
You may cancel your Monthly Membership using the subscription management link provided with your membership or by contacting us at offlisttravel@gmail.com.
Cancelling stops future renewals. It does not automatically cancel or refund a membership period that has already been charged or a mailing that has entered processing, except where required by law or provided under our Refund Policy.

6-MONTH AND 12-MONTH MEMBERSHIPS

OFFLIST 6-Month and 12-Month Memberships are prepaid in full at the time of purchase.
These memberships do not automatically renew at the end of their term, and no additional membership payment will be charged unless you purchase another membership.
Cancellation and refund requests for prepaid memberships are subject to our Refund Policy and applicable law.

GIFT MEMBERSHIPS

Gift memberships follow the cancellation and renewal terms of the membership purchased.
Prepaid gift memberships do not automatically renew unless expressly stated before purchase.

REFUNDS

Cancelling a membership does not automatically create a right to a refund.
